We hope that you and yours are staying healthy and safe. As part of the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) we are providing HIPAA compliant Tele-Counseling services. This will allow us to provide services to you without you having to leave your home. Tele-Counseling services are covered by most insurance providers with the same copay or deductible as if you came into the office. The Online Counseling tab below has been added to our website to provide additional information.

Rates vary depending upon the service provided. Please contact our office for additional information on rates.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a 100.00 late cancellation fee.
